The Office Lab is equipped with conventional office-hardware: A powerful computer, a cupboard with files and folders, a telephone and much more. Three cameras and two scan converters make sure that all the relevant data is transmitted to the control rooms.

This setting allows to focus on the test of software-interfaces, such as:

• Information portals
• Online-shops
• Graphical user interfaces
• Multimedia products
• etc.

After analysing a product and detecting crucial points and problems we develop a test plan. The participant has to solve some meaningful tasks, while all his/her actions are logged and monitored. This leads to quantitative and qualitative results including task performance measurements, logging files, eye-movement data collected by the eye-tracking system, subjective opinions of the participants, etc.
